“This was by far the best hotel experience I've had in Harford County, Maryland. I've made many trips to Harford County over the past few years, and stayed in various hotels. However, this hotel far outranks them all in every category! I highly recommend this hotel!”

Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit. The screenshots of a video they sent looked scammy as well. Wouldn't trust this property ever again and neither should anyone else. We're young adults living penny to penny and bought a cheap...

“Well, it's an old, beaten-up property that has seen better days. The front desk staff need some coaching on how to speak politely and respectfully to their guests. The phrase "Give me your ID" should be replaced with "May I see your driver's license, sir?" The room is a good size but requires significant renovation, not just patchwork done by someone who has never done this kind of work before. The air conditioning is old, noisy, and inefficient. The bed sheets are old and do not look clean....
