“The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Very inviting with 2 fireplaces, a patio, a bar, hot tub and breakfast included. The hotel staff (all of them!) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From check in to check out everyone was personable and helpful, especially the hotel manager who recommended restaurants, gave us a map and checked in more than once to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though the spa was closed we still found enough things to do and see to make this mini stay perfect!...

“The staff are wonderful and aim to please. The property is a high quality hotel with nice amenities. Love the fire pit in the winter with complimentary wine and beer during happy hour. Right on the beach too.”

“Staff was very friendly, efficient & helpful. Was really nice they had a designated cell phone we could text any time, although it was not needed. The rooms were clean and comfy. Off-Season rate was awesome, would love to stay during peak-season if the rates aren't too much.”

“The room was very clean & everyone took good care of the property both inside and outside the property. We were there for a soccer tournament for my son & we had a evening game both Sat and Sun night & Lisa, the manager was very kind & allowed us to check out late on Sun so we had a place to stay which was very kind of her since it rained and snowed on Sunday & was very cold. We highly recommend this hotel!”

“The room was good but I wish we had a corner room bcs mine was facing the pool and noise all night until it closes. One of the bed sheets had spots of sticky stuff. The towels were not spottless as well. The front desk were very friendly . Overall, my stay was nice. ”

“I took 2 grandsons (7 and 9 year old) for their first trip to Ocean City. It was winter (and pretty cold) on the boardwalk. The grandsons loved the indoor pool and arcade. Great view of the ocean from our room. Clean room. ”

“Always a Good Stay....Carpets Need to be updated to Vinyl Flooring. Breakfast should be included Especially for Hyatt Member Card Holders. The Indoor Pool water was Chilly for Winter Stay. ”
