“Parking was cool my room had dirty sheets/bedding in arrival and when we asked for housekeeping they remade the same one instead of bring us new ones ”

“The floor in the room was firty, my feet were black after taking a shower. It was ok for a 1 night stay.”

“The room and hallway smelled bad enough to cause headaches and I had to keep my window open for ventilation. The shower was slow to drain and I was standing in a constant couple inches of water while showering. The corner piece(plastic guard) was laying along the edge of the wall on the floor and the corner unpainted, gapped drywall was exposed. Otherwise it was clean.”

“I booked at this hotel to visit my best friend, I am coming from out of state( Michigan) so reading that the hotel has a hot tub sold me over the other hotels in the area. When we arrived late at night the staff at that time was really friendly and did a great job giving us information. We settled in for the night, and noticed that the cable to the tv that lets you watch tv was broken so we just went to bed. “Es un hotel exelente , la estructura todo esta nuevo las camas super comodad , pero el personal de limpieza pesimo no limpian bien van a dañar la reputacion del hotel , deberan contratar un empresa de limpieza mejor ya que las empleadas no les importa no hacen el aseo correcto y esto no es bueno para ellos , de resto la estructura nueva las camas y todas las instalaciones exelentes ”

“This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this location. Everything was perfect.”

“The only thing I would have issues with is the noise level until WAY after quiet time of 11PM. The lobby was full of people and we were really close to it and they were drinking and being loud way later than they should have been and no one made them quiet down or go to their rooms. We had an early morning so it was annoying.”
