“We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...

“Parking was easy, they were dog friendly in downtown dallas, and the check-in staff was very nice.... and those are the nicest things i can say. There was a stranger's hair in the bathtub, floor of the bathroom, and in the bedsheets. There was trash piled in trashcans and the "dog walk" area needed attention. The exterior door in our room had, clearly, previously been kicked in and then repaired. This was the second worst hotel ive ever stayed in. ”

“I booked via Hotel.com a Best Western. When I arrived it was a Motel 6. The lobby looked NOTHING like the picture. Gray floors, gray walls and the desk behind a bullet proof glass. Looks like a depressing morgue. I was told they are “now” a Motel 6 however the sign didn’t look new so not sure about that. I NEVER would have booked a Motel 6. My room, discussing!! I actually killed a cockroach. Dirty, towels stained, rust cover lamps and towel rack and everything metal. Mold in shower. Mold on...
