“Non smoking room but cigarette smoked filled the room . Had to stay at another hotel”

“Other than being outdated, the room was nice and very clean. It also smelled nice. It was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. I would def stay again.”

“The pool was closed. The location was excellent to where we needed to be for the weekend. The continental breakfast needed a little bit of an upgrade.”

“Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. We walked into our room. It smelt like a litter box. We checked out immediately and the front desk thought my reasons were ridiculous. “ that’s the one room that’s never had a cat in it.”👎👎”

“No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.”

“No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂”
