“The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable except for the flat pillows. We had very poor tv for both nights. It was frustrating that we couldn’t watch the nba playoffs on either tv because their satellite had poor reception. The front desk never answers the phone so I went down to the desk and the employee was reading and eating pizza. The second night they didn’t answer because they were folding laundry. The room had a very strong and unpleasant plug-in fragrance smell that seemed to be covering up other odors. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, the white towels were stained and the dye from the blue towels ran when wet. The bathroom and shower area need much better cleaning and maintenance. “Ice machines on floors 3 and 4 were inoperable and appeared to have been for a period of time. Parking lot need some work and is small for a hotel this size. Honestly the condition and cleanliness of hotel and rooms was great, no real complaints other than these 2 issues. B’fast is more than expected for this type of hotel.”
