“Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.”

“What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. “We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience.
