“Staff were wonderful!”

“Have stayed here quite a few times but this one was not as good. Of the 3 lifts one was working and at breakfast things could have been better organised. There was a large queue to get in but many of the tables were unavailable due to needing clearing rather than having people on them. There were two coffee machine yet only one worked. Food at the Grill was OK but could have been a bit better. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were good and the live music in Merlin’s bar...

“The staff on reception were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spotless. The Bar area is a great space. ”

“Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working ”

“Établissement retenu pour sa proximité avec Cardiff et facilité de s'y rendre si vous avez une voiture. Le prix des chambres plus abordables si vous restez plusieurs jours. L'établissement est très correct, les parties communes sont agréables, les chambres et salles de bain méritent un coup de fraîcheur. Petit déjeuner très bien, personnel agréable et à votre disposition. Je recommande pour budget moyen.”

“Owned and managed by the traditional Bull pub. The loft was behind the pub carpark - very convenient. Ever your car registration at the bar. Room was spacious warm clean and tidy with basic kitchenette. A had a good deal on this room, but at full price it's still excellent value.Make sure ou visit the pub. ”

“Tres bien, propre, facile à trouver, facile pour se garer, petit déjeuner top au Beefeater à côté, à proximité du golf du Celtic Manor 😉 ”

“This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and once again would recommend. A very roomy apartment with a good TV, shower and very comfy bed. It is well equipped and was very clean too. Easy parking outside and simple check in at the Olde Bull Inn. Local shops nearby and good size supermarket about 15 mins away- perfect.”

“I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert. The welcome was perfect. The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets. The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable. I’ll take with me a beautiful memory of Newport”

“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti. Pulizia ottima, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e silenziosa. La colazione offre ampia scelta e i prodotti sono buoni, la sala moderna,...

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”
