“Easy check in, great location. ”

“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. “The hotel is beautiful. The pool opened earlier than it was supposed to because it was hot, a nice surprise. Rooms are nice and great location in Nashville.”

“This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back.”

“The breakfast was amazing every day! The only drawback was the decor in the rooms - very plain Jane! Nothing on the walls whatsoever, but they have posted that they're doing a big remodel coming soon, so maybe they took everything down in preparation for that.”

“Great little hotel in downtown Nashville. 15-20 minute walk from Broadway and the arena. Rooftop pool is nice, but small and fills up quickly. Continental breakfast was decent. ”

“Friendly staff. Updated and spotless rooms. Restaurant, roof top bar and coffee shop on premises. Nice location close to everything in Nashville. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.”
