“The staffs were nice. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed sheets were not clean. The room was smaller than what it appeared to be online. The coffee maker barely worked.”

“We have room on 5th floor, oceanfront awesome view. Very nice heated outdoor pool. The Reef breakfast was great. Also we had good lunch and Megan was so very friendly and cheerful ,such a great server ! The staff at the hotel are all so friendly and we are appreciative of all they do .”

“Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“we were about two maybe 3 blocks from the boardwalk. it was very quiet and had a very nice pool. check in was easy and our room was right across from the pool. i have been going to wildwood for about 23/24 years and it’s my home away from home”

“The Paradise Oceanfront was the closest to Cape May for a 3-day birding outing. Very clean, partial ocean view, quiet, professional and very courteous reception staff. It had everything I needed (except for coffee in the room).”

“Our room had a kitchen with stove, microwave and full size fridge. That came in handy. No heat, so at the end of the season we were lucky it wasn't very cold.”

“I stayed off Season so pool and hot tub was not opened yet. It’s an older Hotel and looks like some things still need repairs. But all in all it offers what you need for your stay. The staff was friendly, gave me a nice tray with two feeding bowls , a treat and a collapsible bowl to keep for my dog. They also give you a list of Pet Friendly places you can go eat at. My only complaint was i had noisy neighbors in the room next to me which made it really hard for me to get any sleep at night. ”

“Our room had a gorgeous beach view. We were very comfortable in our room it was safe & quiet. I did think the room could have used a bit of an update but it was ok with us because how much time do you really stay in a hotel room. It was very convenient to Wildwood & Cape May. The elevator was out of order one day while we were there..it was ok with me but my husband has a bad back & it was not ok for him. We would stay there again when spending time in Wildwood. ”
