“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times...

“This hotel was located conveniently to the Midway airport. It was very nice…well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was that we arrived at 2pm and requested early check in, but had to pay $75 in order to get in our room early. Shuttles were available but we didn’t use it. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

“Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. Ran out of tissue needed more staff told us to go buy some from the store. Couldn’t get fresh towels from the house keeper because she didn’t want to. They don’t even have a...

“Room had scribbles on the wall in the hallway, elevators and hallways smelled like weed and room had a bad smell every time the AC turned on. Bathroom supplies were pretty much empty bottles on the wall. Parking is pretty expensive at $23 a night and parking lot was full. No microwave and fridge didn’t work. Beds were comfy and room was clean.”

“Hotel room was comfortable, but doesn't provide in-room toiletries (i.e. ravor, face soap, coffee, etc). Shuttle is convenient to/from airport.”

“You could not get a wheelchair between the desk and bed in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. The toilet seat was loose. Three out of four lightbulbs were burnt out above the bed. The mattress sagged so badly, it felt like sleeping in a hammock. The blackout curtains were about 70% effective, not what I call blackout.
