“Oh my goodness i couldnt have asked for a better getaway. Quiet, peaceful, and my dog had a blast. I especially loved the gazebo on the pond with the swing. And there were several close hiking trails that we drove to. I didnt want to leave. The host was so attentive when i messaged. I felt right at home.”

She allowed us time to check-in (get our dog and stuff out of the car) then came down and introduced herself. The cabin and surrounding land is charming; a fantastic wind-down from the plug-in world. “This is quite a gem! A close enough drive to civilization but so secluded that you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Peaceful. The cabin alis quaint, neat, and so comfortable. So many unique features that you will have to see it to truly appreciate it! For example, a Sears catalogue from 1976 and jazz cassettes with a working cassette player! WOW! There is WiFi but if you like streaming bring a laptop because no TV here....but do you really need one? Tony was a wonderful host. ”
