“Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. ”

“I got bedbug bites and when trying to report it, the front desk staff ignored my request when I stated I wanted to speak with a manager. A coworker staying in the same hotel had bedbug bites in his room as well.”

“The Fairfield in Denton is probably my favorite hotel and I stayed a lot of hotels in Denton it's probably one of my favorites it's definitely my top five it's probably two or three it's clean the staff is cool the gym is 24 hours it's laid back it's it's a great place I highly recommend it especially if you get a good rate money Tuesday Wednesday Expedia is a good way to go”

“Great area for a place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very quiet in the evenings, clean units and comfortable beds. Everything you need for an extended stay.”

“Pretty clean elevator didn’t work all weekend door kept getting stuck and nobody ever put a sign or anything”

“We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back.”

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were very impressed. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was pretty darn good. The rooms were perfect. It’s a newer building and it shows. It looks great and feels great and is very comfortable.”

“Left for a soccer game at 9am came back at 10:45-11 to rest til noon for check out. Was automatically checked out by staff. They reactivated my card went back to my room and found somebody else's suitcases in the room.”

“I stay at Marriot properties all the time I had just stayed and won the day before in Austin. They gave us water bottles. They gave us a drink token. They were extra nice. The Place in Denton was so rude and offered nothing.. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Those young girls really need some training or they need to find a job that they enjoy doing because they were so rude.”
