Hotel vicino a Central Playground - Louisville

“I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel and the room design was great overall. A few things kept it from being a 5-star stay for me: breakfast had limited options and could be tastier, and the bathroom needed a deeper clean. The room lighting was also quite dim. When I asked staff for help with the guest computer, they said they didn’t know and didn’t offer to find someone who could. With a bit more attention to these details, this could be an excellent hotel.”

“I would like to personally thank again, Ivory, she was a super nice person, very accommodating, her customer service was impeccable, everything was clean, and in order, ask the staff, even the coaching staff was very nice, they're kids had a great time in the swimming pool”

“Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!”

“Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. “Front desk clerk was very rude. I was exhausted after traveling for 9+hours. The clerk was on the phone when I arrived and never acknowledged me. When he finally finished his call,”

“Breakfast was basically nothing and the pool was completely cloudy. Now, when I went to checkout on Sunday the person behind the desk question me about how many people I had in my room ???? She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room. I felt totally spied on for some reason as if they were watching me whole weekend. With my middle finger raised high, I explained My older daughter also...

“The breakfast here is very good and the room and the beds and the pillows excellent .. I would like to see some sort of ramp off the curb for when you're using a luggage cart to take your stuff out to where you parked, out the back door? but all in all, this is a pretty good spot to stay at for the 💰 👍”

“Parking was safe and in front door. Staff was awesome. Room was good. It was the price that made me book the room. I would stay again. ”
