“Expedia messed my reservation they never sent the reservation through to the hotel. then charged me to change the time which the property says there’s no charge within 24 hours of changing dates canceling. The hotel clerk went way over and above to help straighten this out.”

“The treadmills didn’t work and didn’t have an out of order sign on them. I walked around the building for my exercise with a new friend I met he was very nice. Please fix the treadmills and the elevators paint is peeling off and it looks like the floor is rotted by the walls.”

“Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok. The room advertised a pull out double bed sofa. It was barely a super single, but it was comfortable for a pull out. Ice machine is in the refrigerator in the room and if you don't know to turn it on when you get to the room, then you will not have ice for the morning. Price was a little high, but what can you do about that anymore?”

“I wish the breakfast time could be extended until 10 AM. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last year. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean and well cared for. I would recommend us to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to stay.”
