“This is a cheap hotel in the middle of sheerness. No it’s not five star but service was excellent. Can’t remember the last time a staff member showed you to the room. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“L'albergo è uno che usiamo sempre quando arriviamo in gran bretagna, ed anche prima di partire verso casa. Quest'anno siamo stati accolti caldamente dalla Signora Brown e, vista la disabilità di mia moglie, abbiamo avuto una stanza al piano terreno. Nessun lamentela. Ritornando, l'addetto al reception, Linda, ci ha accolta con un sorriso e non poteva fare abastanza per noi. L'unico problema di cui possiamo lamentare è stato l'odore di "chiuso" in entrambi i casi. Le stanze erano diversi ma...

“La struttura e del 1600, tutta in legno e veramente tipica. Un bellissimo PUB fa da contorno. Si può mangiare al ristorante o al Pub. L'unica nota negativa che rispetto alla prenotazione mi hanno aggiunto 10 sterline dicendo che c'era un errore nel sito di Hotels.com/Expedia. Hotels.com non risponde e non mi ha richiamato ancora per chiarimenti. ”
