“I was taken care during all my stay and definitively the level of service and comfort are excellent. It is conveniently located near the airport so it is easy to reach upon arrival in CCU. I had the chance to ask for some support during my stay and the customer service was very prompt and effective.”

“The food was nice with good options. and staffs were pretty good and helpful. Only feedback would be to use some cleaner and newer bath and bed linens. Bathrooms particular linens were pretty worn down.”

“The hotel consist in two different building and you can't know before where you'll stay. The rooms are large but not so much comfortable and not with a good smell. Few services. Basic Breakfast.”

“Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg.”

“Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this”

“Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”

“I will advice all not to book this property and remove this property from advertising in your booking site as they are seeking same room many and guest have to fight to get a room”
