“We stayed at the Homewood-Hilton in Issaquah, in their King-Studio room for the 4th of July weekend & it was absolutely perfect in every way! The hotel & our room were beautiful inside & out! The staff was extremely polite, accommodating, & helpful.”

“I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I just got out of the hospital 5 days before i go there The room supposed a none smoking room but I was still smell the cigarette smoke all night so I was not happy to choose motel 6 ,”

“Staff are friendly and very accommodating, We arrived and give a us room with dirty linens on the table and unmade bed. Give us a different room, disgusting. Bed frame is made of metal frame,Squeaky and dirty looks like human dead skin cells around it! Pillows are paper thin! Clog bathroom sink with hairs from previous guess probably. Free coffee with no creamer? Kidding me? Homeless car parked on hotel parking lot! Beware! Check out 11 am. 10:35am staff asked to clean room. Dang!”

“Had some minor issues with the stay but the staff helped to the best of their ability. The room had upkeep issues, the lock did not always work, there were cigarette burns on the counters, no smell though. The bed was clean and comfortable, and AC worked. No shampoo or conditioner supplied in the room. Plenty of parking, some sketchy people were lurking around the parking lot though and police did a drive through of the parking lot while I was there. “We booked through Expedia and there was nothing in the main print that said the motel closed at 8pm. We weren't going to be arriving until 30 min. after that so I never would have booked it unless I had found and read the finer print that they close at 8pm. I only paid the reservation fee initially but then was charged for a no show fee of more than the price of the motel, though I am the one that showed up, but the motel didn't! Have requested a refund.”

“Tub floor was cracked/broken. Cabinets in disrepair. 3-inch burn hole in comforter. Leak damage around window. Not very clean.”

“The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. “Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym.”
