“Breakfast can be improved with more healthy options like whole wheat bread. More healthy cereals like granola and fresh fruit toppings. Waffles were too plastic tasting even lemon ones Staff attending was very helpful and kept area very clean. ”

The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). “A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“They didn’t have our room ready. Ended up giving us another room. Keys didn’t work and had to replace them 3 times. Room smelled a bad chemical smell. The ice machine didn’t work. Need to update and repaint. ”
