“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. “The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.”

“When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!”
