“Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.

“What an amazing hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. It’s close to everything in BGC. The staff upheld exceptional customer service from check-in to checkout. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when I’m on vacation in Manila. ”

"I stayed in Tower 2. The exteriors and the facilities are top notch. The entrance is one of the most notable in the whole BGC with its neoclassical time, the lobby is in a modern and refined style, the two swimming pools have a view on one of the most important offices of the country (JP Morgan, Accenture). I haven't tried the gym though. Unfortunately the rest of the building isn't really on the same level. The units remind a lot of the typical studio that you can often find in Mainland Asia: a pretty basic rectangle with no proper separation between day and night area. Also, the fact that one cannot flush toilet paper in one of the most luxurious places of the city is frankly embarrassing. The soundproofing is also pretty poor. With that being said, the price-quality ratio was pretty damn great, so I'd still recommend it if you're ok with it being an apartment and not a proper hotel."
