“INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. When we inquired about the constant hammering they said it would be done by 3:30 and had a sign stating as much. No such luck, no rest for...

“Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.”

“Staff was super friendly when we checked in and with anything we needed. The room spelled very bad when we arrived though, when we opened the pull out couch a bunch of popcorn fell out onto the floor as well as dirty socks from the previous guests.
