“Good place to stay”

“The place was beautiful and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and the outdoor spaces made it feel more like home. My favorite part is the gas fire pit in the courtyard. Great hotel definitely coming back here if I am staying in Albany.”

“Honestly the staff here are the nicest I've ever met. Front desk, housekeeping, even the breakfast folks, better service than most 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Only issues were the bathroom door wouldn't close, no exhaust fan, and the sofa was broken. The front desk offered to move me to another room a few times but I just didn't bother, so that's on me not them.”

“My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle.”

“Hotel was clean. The towel rack was broken causing it to fall apart and causing Injury. Hazel was efficient and friendly.”

“Room was hot and muggy. Air conditioning barely worked. Room had light filtering shades on the window that did not filter out the outside parking lot lights. Used hair clips with a folded sheet to block out some light. Asked at front desk if we could transfer rooms. Was told there was only 1 room left and "not sure if it had been cleaned." "You're welcome to go look." Air conditioning in this room could not be adjusted either, barely worked. Lamps did not work. Cords fell out of electrical...

“When I arrived, they gave me a room where the bed was not made. The next room was clean, but the amenities are bare bones. No frills and about what you would expect at this room rate. If you want to save money it will be acceptable, but just that.”

“There were mold. The mattresses were stained and very dirty. I recommend to lift up the bedsheets to check the mattresses. The place looks completely different from the pictures. The staff are still giving me a hard time to provide REFUND.”
