“Hot tub jets not working”

“Liked the rear garden area. Very well kept, bbq's table chairs, very clean and comfortable.”

“We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean”

“Room is on the top. Breakfast is on the bottom. We stayed 3 nights Jacqozy was out of order the whole stay no fixing Room is perfect comfortable”

“Clean, and very comfortable. Nice staff and fairly quiet. Only downfall was we booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hottub and once we paid we were informed it was closed. 😞 Breakfast was average for a continental breakfast but overall a good stay.”

“People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”

“I have had a lot of trouble with the cleanliness of the room. I found some lipstick on my bedsheet and the next day that I got to bed after the room was cleaned. I still found that lipstick on the bedsheet, which I thought they just made the bed the shower head was leaking. I mentioned it and I stayed here before as well, and the same thing happened in the room based on the pricing of the hotel per night. The things that were available in the room to cleanings, and the satisfaction rate were...

“A little noisy at times hallway doors slamming people talking loudly in hallways etc. Windows were not soundproof so traffic from the streets below was loud even though the room was on the 5th floor!! Two buildings requiring initial adjustments in parking and room access after checking in. Hotel was busy so parking was in short supply but ok.”

“We loved the ambiance of this charming bed and breakfast. Hosts were friendly, helpful and had thought of all their guests needs. The breakfasts were gourmet! We really enjoyed our stay.”

“I found an empty whisky bottle in my bed, which appears to have been left behind by previous guests. This has made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned, particularly the bed and bedding, before my arrival. It has left me concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and the care taken in preparing the room for new guests.”
