“They parking wasn’t bad but I would not recommend this place if you take cleanliness seriously. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the shower wasn’t clean, and there wasn’t any soap or body wash.”

“This is an OLD Red Roof Inns motel. The air conditioner’s heat exchanger fins were very dusty and made quite an odor on start up. The refrigerator condenser was no better. It appears some of the guests are “extended-stay” clientele. The phone does not work along with cold water in the bathroom sink.”

“Room is clean, staff is very professional helpful and pleasant, good breakfast especially the waffle. Hot tub and pool is perfect after a long day on the road ”

“Front desk staff, especially Bailey , was very helpful and made me stay confortable. The breakfast is pretty standard but lots of options and well staffed. Convenient for work at Sacred Heart hospital.”

“Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”
