“The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient....

“The Den-Den Hotel was just fantastic. It was impressive that Karen, the receptionist, recognised me after I stayed there about six months ago. The facility was relaxing, extremely clean, well-maintained, and everything just worked. Without a doubt, this is where I will stay anytime that I am in the area.”

“There are no cups in the room. There isn't an ice bucket. There is no coffee or coffee makers. There isn't a microwave in the room. The parking is terrible. It is very difficult to pull up at the entrance. If it were raining you would have to un load in the rain.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state.”
