“The room was clean and fresh and except for one thing house keeping forgot or what ever a dirty towel was left in the bathroom with clean towels and we just got there 🙃”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed). “The air conditioning in the hotel was poor. Had to switch our room because the A/C was out. After getting to my new room, that A/C went out as well.”

“It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”
