“Dormire nella storia...in un hotel che è li da 500 anni !
Scelto quasi per caso dovendo spezzare tra il Galles e l'aereoporto di Stansed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Situato proprio nel centro di una graziosissima cittadina la location è calda ed accogliente. Stanze curate accessoriate e pulite. Ha anche un pub/ristorante curato e dai prezzi accessibili. Se poi si preferisce uscire, attorno si trova di tutto in pochi metri.
Un plauso anche alla colazione, ricca e variegata”

“The property is amazing, stunning location but some of the decor is a little tired in places, generally excellent throughout though.
The service was great in general, with the exception of a few times things were muddled or not quite as smooth and effortless as you'd expect with an establishment like this.”

“Amazingly large and typically quaint old coaching inn under new and energetic management. We stayed because of proximity to Althorp House. Stand out feature is the food at typical pub prices but far from typical. It was superb and makes it a destination in itself. Such a pleasant change to eat real home cooking and not some chilled and reheated offering.
Full English breakfast included in room rate and also superb. ”

“A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.”

“I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre.
Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website.
No breakfast.
