“Sono rimasta molto delusa rispetto a quello che mi aspettavo: hotel lontanissimo dal centro, molto isolata la zona dove esso sorge e priva di servizi nei dintorni (ristoranti, bar...)ma soprattutto credo che più che un hotel esso sia da considerare un ostello per studenti (disponibili ad arrangiarsi per risparmiare un pò!). Camere moto vecchie e tenute male, scarso servizio e igiene. In compenso... Stupenda Budapest!”

In three days, the room was never cleaned nor were the towels changed. the various requests for cleaning were not accepted.

“Its position's a weak point as it's far from touristical places tough it's close to a metro stop, but beside that is very comfortable. Room was large clean and looked new, hotel personnel were all very kind and available. The bar has good menu for both drink and eat without expensive price and at breakfast has everything you need or look for. I liked it!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Early check-in was available. Nice restaurant with plenty of choices for breakfast. Had a complimentary free dinner. Laundry and iron were done for free as well. Nice and cozy atmosphere in the hotel and around it.

“We had an excellent stay together with our dog, who was just as welcome as any other hotel guest. They had provided an extra dog bed, a bowl, and even a bathrobe. Our dog was welcome throughout the entire hotel, and we found the service simply unique and wonderful! We would be very happy to come again”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. Especially loved the spa with hot tub and steam room/sauna, and how easy it was to walk everywhere from the hotel. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Budapest!”

C'era anche internet gratis nella hall di cui abbiamo approfittato parecchio. Offrono anche servizio prenotazione delle terme vicine e in caso di bisogno prenotano la navetta per l'aeroporto. "Hotel sito in un punto strategico di Budapest, comodo sia per raggiungere il cuore della città, che le rive del Danubio, che i punti di interesse, anche perché ben collegato con tutti i mezzi pubblici.
L'accoglienza è stata nella norma. Mi ha un po' infastidito solamente uno dei ragazzi addetti al Check-in che, anche se abbiamo completato la procedura cinque minuti prima, ci ha obbligati a metterci da parte e attendere fino alle 15 in punto. Piccola caduta, ma va bene lo stesso.
Molto carina e gentile, invece, la ragazza con occhi chiari e capelli rossi, e molto simpatico il ragazzo spagnolo che parla bene l'italiano.
Na annotare solamente che la moquette sotto il letto non era pulita come quella del resto della stanza.
Colazione intercontinentale molto abbondante e veramente buonissima.
Personalmente, consiglio l'Hotel K+K per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per la posizione perfetta e per la pregiata colazione."

For cleaning you have to tell the reception every morning, and eventhough this was done every day with the receptionists being very nice and gentle and contacting the cleaning department int front of US, still cleaning wasn't done and the appartament wasn't washed once in a week.I had to go multiple times myself to collect clean towels from the receptionists, not even mentioning the fact that we had to shower int a filthy shower with towels full of soil for 6 entire days. Migliorerei l’efficienza degli ascensori che in casi di afflusso notevole di ospiti rischiano di far attendere qualche minuto di troppo. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . La spa merita ."
