“It was great”

“My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. ”

“Unique hotel in an old bank, within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping on DT Sioux Falls.”

“If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

“Pice a little high for an all around average hotel, no lock on bathroom door, some lights did not work. No free breakfast but they do provide it for $16.00 each. ”

“There was an issue with the room that we found in the morning we were checking out. After speaking with a manager, a refund was instantly processed which was very much appreciated. 5 stars for the staff in handling the unfortunate situation.”

“I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night. The hand towel had blue toothpaste on it and our was white so it seemed as if they were not changed out. My daughter appreciated being able to grab a bite to eat at breakfast before her...

“Everything was great, we had so much fun!! Great rooms, great pool for the kids. Outdoor pool was very nice as well. Only problem was we had luke warm water to take a shower, they were having problems on the main level for some reason..”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 1. They moved someone else into my room after I checked in. 2. They charged me AGAIN for the room I already paid for through Expedia when I CHECKED-IN. And refuse to refund it. 3. Pool was under maintenance. 4. The room they originally put me in matches the pictures, when I had to be moved, we were put in a room where the toilet didn’t flush, junk in the shower drain, tiles coming off wall, hole behind toilet, and other issues. 5. “They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. ”

“Motel costituito da 2 piani abitabili: abbiamo usufruito per 1 notte di 2 camere una al piano terra ed una al primo piano che si raggiunge esclusivamente tramite una scala interna, manca l'ascensore ed è molto scomodo raggiungere la camera se si possiedono 2 grandi valigie come nel nostro caso. Il bagno è sprovvisto di lavandino che si trova fuori dal medesimo. La colazione è sufficientemente rappresentata e di buona qualità.”
