“Very quiet and peaceful area, right next to a church and a town square. Own kitchen and restaurant. Only had breakfast and it was great. Shower and WiFi also worked as it should”

“The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! ”

“very cheap stay so got what we paid for! staff were lovely but wouldn’t go back, room didn’t have a key and room not very clean. But like i said we paid £26 for a quick stay over. ”

“I had an Expedia booking confirmation and once reached the hotel i was informed that due to overbooking my room was not anymore available, it was at 11 PM and i was coming by taxi from the Birmingham Airport. The person at the reception was very rude and she sent me to the other Britannia Hotel in the city center without paying me the taxi and once arrived there i had to wait another hour because no one was informed that several people was shifted to the other hotel, moreover luckily there was a...
