I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. I have not had a refund having contacted the hotel again and having a email conversation with the manger. It a budget hotel, so the 2 night stay I paid for isn’t worth my time perusing.
