“No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!”

Then said oh you booked thru Expedia, I can’t help If they don’t let you know. Then I asked her about the crib I requested and she had a reason why they didn’t have one in the room for us. “There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”
