“Let me first state the POOR rating is for EXPEDIA and not Homewood Suites. The hotel was amazing! Clean, friendly helpful staff , great restaurants/shops close by. Very nice Happy Hour w wine/beer/cheese/snacks as well as breakfast. My complaint is with EXPEDIA. I paid for a room w 2 queen beds. (We did a girls trip to see a concert) We were given a room w a king bed and sofa bed. When I call the front desk (they were very kind) he explained to me that EXPEDIA had changed my reservation to a...

“Great Experience in all aspects”

“I booked my trip for May 2026 in June 2025. A week before my trip the manager from the hotel called me to say they canceled my reservation. Left me stranded. Expedia had all the way through confirmed the reservation. Cost me extra for a last-minute booking at an inferior hotel.”
