“Only one elevator was in service and parking is limited. Only one parking lot entrance to premises after 9pm as well. Low water pressure too”

“It’s an okay space to stay, bathroom had some mold and there were bugs around the room. It was fine but not really my next choice.”

“The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“The staffs were responsive when I needed assistance. The room smells good and was clean when I got there. Proximity to transportation is great”

“Would not come back. You get what you pay for. Maintenance of property and rooms was very poor, did not feel safe checking in or staying the night. Roach made it into my room lowkey but could’ve just been weather bringing bugs out. Room got cleaned pretty quickly when I left for day so that was nice. Staff was not very helpful but nice.”

“Could not sleep some nights because of non stop stumping noise from the guest from the next floor. Even with the complaints it still didn’t stop. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.”

“Breakfast was awesome! Variety of foods and the fruits were fresh. My grand daughter enjoyed the pool, and being very close to Seaworld was a plus for us. The room was clean super comfortable! We will definitely come back next year for her Texas Vacation.”
