“I love the staff at this location. Mr. Cedric is wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We were so encouraged by one of the other staff members there, I just can't remember her name. She made everyone smile. We will definitely be back.”

“The hotel overbooked by 40 rooms. We had to spend two hours finding another hotel from 10 pm to 12 am. This was miserable after a long day at work and 5 hour drive from Mississippi.”

“The room was dirty and the on site "Manager" was unprofessional. She finally gave me a new room and it was dirtier than the first. When I tried to call, T. stopped answering the phone. I went shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaned my room for my family. The next morning, T. was rude and had an attitude when asked about her lack of attentiveness. Terrible hotel experience”

“The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and well maintained. We did not have a problem with parking. Overall, a very good hotel at an excellent price.”

“A great choice in Huntsville. Bright, clean room with a modern, updated appearance. Placed next to an outdoor shopping area with high-end stores, restaurants and a movie theater. Just minutes from the airport. If I return to Huntsville, I’m staying here.”
