Non é accettabile trovare il portasapone della doccia arrugginito, il letto malfatto, frigo bar vuoto, ok la prima sera si trova una bottiglia d'acqua ma poi finita quella, nulla. Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) ”
