“We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!”

We loved the welcoming sherry and biscuits, the luxurious linen and cosy fireplace, the hot tub, the beautiful view of the orchard and mountains, the friendly and efficient hostess….. all in all, a very high standard of accommodation. “We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley.”

I had no view from my room (no. 1) but I can't blame The Habit for that - the location is very convenient, being in the town, and sitting on the patio to eat supper it was easy to forget where I was. “The treehouse would be tricky for people with knee issues to get to, but we were undaunted by the stairs because the ambiance of staying in a treehouse was magical. The main pool is great and the private pool at the treehouse was an unexpected delight. Perhaps providing additional dustbins for recycling items could be an improvement, but the view, the rooms, the braai, and being surrounded y nature was thoroughly enjoyable! ”

“Very beautiful and tranquil setting. We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage for 2 nights forbour anniversary. We were welcomed with handmade chocolates, rose petals and a bottle of JC and although you pay for this service, it just feels so special to walk into the room and experience this treat. Contact met Vicky van de Farmhouse Guest rooms ging prima. Soms een tikkie stug, maar als je wat langer praat ook gewoon heel vriendelijk. We hebben een Game Drive met Esmeralda gedaan en dat was fantastisch.
