“The hotel is brand new and everything is spick and span. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, we slept great. The one thing that surprise me was the number of electrical outlets. All the hotels we have been to never have outlets available. Wonderful place, we will be back.”

The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep. From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....
