"My stay was fine. The room was centrally located, big enough, with access granted through a key suitable both for room and for outside building. Breakfast was fine, in general with anything you may need. The breakfast room is very wonderful and decorated. Personnel is kind both at reception and at breakfast. These were the pros. The cons are that breakfast room is quite small, so there can be crowd and no tables available from time to time. Personal room is quite dark, with very weak light entering from windows, and very hot (no air conditioning). The biggest cons is that I was not located in the main building, the one with reception and breakfast, but about 50 metres far. Hence the room was not as those shown on main website page. I think that a good and professional communication was required, to clarify the different location compared to what booked."
