Each little apartment has a living space, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen which includes microwave oven, stove and Smeg espresso machine on the main floor with winding steps up to a loft with a comfortable bed. “This is a very small boutique hotel that has been recently updated. It only has 4 rooms and just stairs /no elevator FYI.
The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing to note is anywhere in the tourist district is quite noisy at night. This is no fault of the hotel, just a heads up to others that the streets are all very narrow and clay tile so sounds carries very easily.

“Had a wonderful time. Felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived with the friendly receptionist giving us a tour of the hotel and giving us info on the area. Hotel is right inside the old city which made exploring really easy as you doing want to be driving on the narrow streets. Breakfast was good and a wonderful lady made us fresh squeezed orange juice every day.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel Alvor. The rooms were decent and a fair size. The hotel staff were accommodating and the spa was very relaxing.
The restaurant on the property but I only ate breakfast there because it was included with my stay. The breakfast buffet was decent and the concentrated on healthier options. Only thing is you have to ask for more food where getting the food options from the kitchen.
If you choose to stay here, it is a good idea to have a car. It is a bit of a walk...

camere con scarsa insonorizzazione interna (quando sono arrivati alcuni ragazzini nella camera di fianco abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di intervenire per fare smettere i rumori notturni).
