“This hotel was clean and the customer service was friendly upon checking in and during the stay. However, checking out the young lady wasn't so pleasant & friendly. Very cold it could be it was too early in the morning, which is totally understandable. The rooms were beautiful with the updated decor. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“We had the absolute best time at the Legoland Pirate Island Hotel with my two little boys (5 and 7). The lobby is so much fun (they loved playing in the castle with other kids and building lego), we enjoyed the PJ Dance Party at night and a little show before that. “This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. “Nice staff they are in process of renovation when completed will be a nice place to stay , room ok but no tv no wi fi Owner says in process I get it but should be listed on site , I assume that’s why price lower then most , no smart tv in rooms so bring a iPad or laptop if you want to see a movie ”
