“Clean”

“Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

“The room was fine. The only thing is that I feel certain things were not cleaned well. Stains on doors and walls, in multiple spots; starting with the door of the room before you actually walk in. Also the baseboards were visibly stained. I did ask to check in early I feel like they could have said we will not have the room available until it’s time for check in. Because that’s when the room was actually available. Valet was efficient. Housekeeping came. I did enjoy my stay and would book again.”

“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Soggiorno di due notti. Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. Stanza alquanto piccola per 4 persone, anche per una famiglia, bagno con un solo interruttore per luce e...

“The property is very close to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The pool was outdoors and a great place to chill after walking in the may new Orleans heat. We had a nice breakfast each morning which set us up to get on with our day. We had two rooms and each was unique and very pretty. Our bathroom was a bit small but the second room had a very large bathroom. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend to all.”

“What a beauty! So many secluded areas to sit and reflect. Our room was top notch. Looked like we were in a castle. So ready to go back.”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“This hotel was very nice and very affordable. Just like a 15 minute walk from the Quarter. The indoor pool/spa was a great feature. It was a rainy weekend when we were there and they put out a bunch of umbrellas for guests to grab, which was a very nice feature. Only downside...the key cards and readers do not work well. They are temperamental. We got locked out of the room a couple times. So keep your ID on you when you leave the room, and make sure that your wife/husband/partner is listed on...
