Hotel a Chamberlayne

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty...

“We were very happy with our stay. It looked recently renovated - clean, bright and attractive. The room looked exactly like in the online photos. The room had a fridge and microwave, and everything was spotless. There was always coffee available in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet was more than we expected: eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee and tea. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definately stay here again. Highly recommend. ”
