Hotel a Chamberlayne

“I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist...

“The rooms were clean but a little worn and dated. The pillows could use some help. They were a little too soft. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was abundant and constantly monitored and replenished. Not much in the neighborhood, a few chain restaurants. All in all not bad for an overnight stopover.”

“Staff very kind and considerate and helpful. Was worried due to the number of people there for a convention but the room was insulated well and it was very quiet.”
