Hotel a Chana

“The hotel is in need of updating and a good deep clean. The carpeting was dirty – I understand that it is the end of the winter season, but it was still pretty dirty. The rooms were fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding clean. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and not suitable for putting on make-up. There was a definite odor (smelled like garbage) as you exited the back elevator on the second floor which seemed like they attempted to cover with air freshener. (I...

“Hotel was beautiful with a very soft bed. Lots of extra pillows a nice, clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Everything was amazing except I will say the only downfall is that it’s right next to an abandoned shopping center, which is not their fault of course. Also, the breakfast would’ve been good except the eggs were smelly and watery which made me afraid to eat them. Other than the eggs, the rest was delicious and it had a beautiful view of the river.”

They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. ”

“When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”

“The room was clean but the back of the bathroom door had dirty dog foot prints on it and the bathtub had a dark ring around it. The creamer at the morning breakfast bar was not bad but the shelf stable cream was curdled in the container. The property was under construction and that would have been nice to know ahead of time but we did not hear any noise from that during our stay. The pool and pool area was great, so fun for the kids.
