“This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc.
Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast....

“Had a great 9 day stay at this guesthouse, room was big, clean and well furnished AC, fan, and wifi was all working, toilet room had running hot and cold water. Morning breakfast was ok.
Its located in a lane next to the ghat and kashi vishvanath temple is 10 minute walk. As no auto or ricksaws are allowed near the ghat, if you are coming from airport or train call the guesthouse and they help you.
All the staff were friendly and helpful except the morning front desk guy who was rude, suggest...

“On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved.
1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr.
2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....

Showed them videos with timing but nothing happened. Paid too much money for too much inconvenience. Think twice before booking this property. Definitely not recommending. ”

“I was there at a festival, road blocked and left my backpack wit passport, money and stuff. At the Hotel owner ran me around for an 2 hours and made many calls until it was found. They took care of me made sure I was safe. Great location, and I highly recommend them. ”
