“All rooms are not same when it comes to amenities. First day we got good room which is clean and nice. Our plans got changed and we extended our stay for one more day. This time we got entirely different room with less amenities compared to previous one. When mentioned at reception they told all rooms are same but it isn't. I clearly told what all missing and how different they are.”

“The pictures shown in the app are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The bathrooms were in poor shape with visible water leakage, and the beds appeared unclean and had bugs. The TV did not work, and the water heater was very small and unable to provide enough hot water even for one person.
