“This hotel looks like it's going through some renovations. The doors to the rooms stick, so you need to push or pull hard to open or close them. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, the room we got had a chirping fire alarm, and when we reached for the phone to call the front desk, we discovered it wasn't even plugged in, so we had to walk down to the front desk to inform them. “Breakfast was nothing special, it was a free meal, the oatmeal was hot and the toppings plentiful. The real star of the show is the proximity to downtown Plainfield and I-55 being right up the street. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Staff was friendly, not much else to add. ”
