“Keys were located at a distance from the property, which was practically impossible to reach due to road work. Garage key fob was in the apartment (why not keep them together?). Looks like a laundry service is run out of this property. Double bed is upstairs, which is uninhabitable now due to the summer heat and no A/C. Couch downstairs is stained and looks gross. Leather chair is literally falling apart. A few inexpensive upgrades to furniture would go a long way to improving the guest...
