“Very clean and organized”

“This hotel was terrible health wise unsafe light fixture hanging out of ceiling black mold on ceiling and furniture carpet badly stained musty smell we went and got another hotel didn't stay one night here”

“Do not stay here. They have roaches and will not give you a refund. ”

“Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.”

“The first issue was upon check in. The desk clerk asked a a credit card to charge for the room. I told him I had already paid, but he wanted a card. After I gave it to him, and he gave me a receipt, he realized his mistake and said oh yes, I see it was paid previously. He said he would credit my card, but it would take 3-5 business days. Hotel had a strange odor. The bar-lock on our door was broken off. A lampshade had vulgar words written on it. A light fixture had no cover. The steps going to...

“Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!”

“The place was completely unsanitary didn't look like it was clean there was panties used panties in the top of one of the nightstands then microwave was covered in melted some substance it was just all around a terrible State the place smelled like dog urine and we in the roaches there was so many roaches they even got in my bags and into my car”

“This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for.”
