“There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. “The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

“I ended up paying 70$ more than I had expected to pay and I’m not sure why. Also the shower wouldn’t drain because of a clog. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very clean except for the clogged drain. The WiFi was misspelled which made me nervous to use it.”

“The room definitely had some spots that could use some cleaning, spots on the wall, etc.... The room was huge and was incredibly big for the price so it was a steal for our large family. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room size and staff made the stay. Even being so close to the highway it was really quiet too which was nice. And the jetted tub was fun.”

“I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

“It’s a run down property, with old fixtures and facilities that need an update badly. Staff were friendly and courteous.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”
